  • 1 bundle of asparagus (thicker stalks)
  • 12 slices thin-cut turkey bacon
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30-60 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Rinse the asparagus and trim off the woody ends. Cut each stalk into three equal pieces.
  3. Cut each slice of turkey bacon into three parts to easily wrap around the asparagus.
  4. Take one piece of asparagus, wrap it with a piece of turkey bacon, and thread it onto a skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Grill over indirect heat for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through until the bacon is crispy, or bake in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes.
