  • 1 pound ground beef (90/10)
  • 2 cups beef panko
  • 1/3 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger pellet grill to 225 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beef panko, egg, diced onion, parsley, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands or a spoon.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a perforated grill tray.
  4. Grill in the Traeger for about 2–3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
