1 pound ground beef (90/10)
2 cups beef panko
1/3 cup diced yellow onion
1 large egg
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup heavy cream
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your Traeger pellet grill to 225 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, beef panko, egg, diced onion, parsley, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands or a spoon.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a perforated grill tray.
Grill in the Traeger for about 2–3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
