  • 4 large basil leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 3 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 avocados (pitted and sliced)
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, basil, garlic, and sriracha sauce; mix well.
  2. Slice the tomatoes and avocados.
  3. Take two slices of whole wheat bread and spread the yogurt mixture on one side of each slice.
  4. Layer tomato slices on one slice followed by avocado slices; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with the other slice of bread, yogurt side down.
  6. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.
