  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 ounces turkey slices (chopped)
  • 1 large head cauliflower (divided into florets)
  • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups heavy cream (or whipping cream)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen peas
  • 1 1/2 Cups Swiss Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In an oven-proof casserole dish over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped turkey slices and sauté for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add cauliflower florets and cook until slightly tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in flour and mix for 1 minute; gradually add heavy cream and frozen peas, blending well.
  6. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper; then remove from heat.
  7. Top with shredded Swiss cheese and chopped parsley, then bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
