  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh kiwi (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon apricot jam (for glaze, optional)
  • 2 teaspoons water (as needed for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking pan.
