  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and ground red pepper. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting.
  3. Place the shrimp in a gallon-sized zip bag and pour in the marinade. Seal and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400° F).
  5. Skewer the marinated shrimp and discard any leftover marinade.
  6. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, basting with reserved marinade until fully cooked.
