  • 1 chipotle pepper (seeded and minced)
  • 2 teaspoons adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 large rings of pineapple
  • 8 slider buns
  • Chipotle mayonnaise
