  • 3 tbsp parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, egg, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, oregano, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined but avoid overmixing.
