  • 12 tablespoons raspberry and/or blueberry preserves
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for whipped cream topping)
  • 12 medium fresh raspberries
  • 36 medium fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares.
  3. Spoon preserves onto each square, leaving space at the edges.
  4. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; spread over preserves.
  5. Fold edges of the pastry squares to seal.
  6. Brush tops with water or melted butter; sprinkle with optional sugar.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar; top each pastry with whipped cream and fresh berries.
