  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, cumin, coriander, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well before adding ground lamb until evenly incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into four patties about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Grill patties for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 140°F. Allow to rest briefly.
  5. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the cucumber sauce.
  6. Assemble by placing each patty on a bun and topping with cucumber sauce.
