  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Shock in ice water, drain, and set aside.
