  • 1 ½ – 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • Lemon juice and zest from 1 large lemon
  • Lime juice and zest from 2 large limes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice and zest, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
  2. Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken to coat thoroughly. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill each side for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
  5. In the last few minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the chicken to create a glaze.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
