  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate (melted)
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 4 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
