  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 Jalapeños (seeded and diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Turkey Bacon Bits
  • 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and cooked turkey bacon bits. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until well combined.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling near the corner closest to you. Fold that corner over tightly, then fold in both sides and roll away from you to seal. Use water to moisten edges if necessary.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat or preheat air fryer as per instructions. Fry or air fry egg rolls until they are golden brown—about 3-4 minutes per side in oil or 10 minutes in an air fryer.
  4. Allow cooling slightly before serving warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
