  • 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash all vegetables. Finely shred both cabbages and grate the carrots. Combine in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
