- 3 cups rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 7 oz can green chilies
- 1.5 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Shred the rotisserie chicken and layer it at the bottom of a 9×13 baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, black olives, green chilies, salt, and pepper.
