- 2 heads romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 3 celery stalks (chopped)
- 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (chopped)
- 2 gala apples (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, mix chopped romaine lettuce, celery, red onion, cheddar cheese, and apple slices. Season with black pepper.
- In a mason jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, red apple vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Shake until well mixed.
